These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between GK222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available atgk222.casa and all associated subdomains, mobile versions, and related services.

GK222 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related services. Our platform is operated and maintained for the benefit of eligible players, with a particular focus on serving the Malaysian market in a safe, responsible, and transparent manner.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit; the primary currency of the GK222 Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary restriction mechanism through which a Player requests temporary or permanent suspension of their account as a responsible gambling measure.

To register and maintain a GK222 account, a Player must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. GK222 strictly prohibits the use of its Services by minors. Age verification documents will be requested as part of the KYC process. Any account found to be registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals voided, and deposited funds returned via the original payment method where possible.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one active GK222 account. Multiple accounts per individual, household, IP address, or payment method are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion that would prohibit you from using online gambling services.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, current, and complete. GK222 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Upon registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, unique username, and a secure password. GK222 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

GK222 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from GK222 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Players must promptly update their account details if any registered information changes. Providing false or outdated information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals. GK222 reserves the right to require additional verification at any point during the account lifecycle.

GK222 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency wallets (BTC and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction.
• GK222 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate calculations at the time of receipt.
• GK222 reserves the right to reject any deposit if there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary authorisation to use the payment method they select. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a Player without prior discussion with GK222 support may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. If this is not possible, GK222 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated on the withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before9:00 PM Malaysia Standard Time (MST) on business days are generally processed on the same day. Requests submitted after this time will be processed on the following business day.
• GK222 aims to complete all standard withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network conditions.
• GK222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing high-value withdrawals or where irregular account activity is detected.

Bonus funds and winings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

GK222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier incentives. The availability and terms of each promotion are governed by specific promotion terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• A Player may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended and bonuses voided.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's account.
• GK222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements will not be altered retroactively for active bonus balances.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to qualifying accounts within 24 hours of the Player's registered date of birth and are tier-dependent: Bronze (RM188), Silver (RM388), Gold (RM888), and VIP (RM2,688).
• Referral bonuses of RM38 per successful referral are credited once the referred friend completes registration, KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. There is no cap on the number of referrals.
• GK222 reserves the right to withold or reverse bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine play.

• Using GK222 services if you are subject to an active self-exclusion order or have been previously permanently banned from the Platform.

GK222 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, witholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the GK222 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of GK222 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any Platform content.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted by law, GK222's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

GK222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if, following a reasonable investigation, it determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Account activity poses a risk to GK222, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
• GK222 is required to do so by regulatory instruction or court order.

Upon account closure for cause, GK222 may withold any pending withdrawals pending the outcome of investigation. Where funds are deemed legitimately acquired, they will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after deducting any applicable charges.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms, as provided under GK222's licensing framework.
